Challenge
A gaming hardware brand entered international markets with low awareness, fragmented online sales channels, and no global e-commerce infrastructure. It needed a repeatable system for launching products, selling across regions, and supporting local payments, logistics, and customer demand.
Approach
Fastlane built DTC storefronts for Europe and North America, established the commerce infrastructure behind them, and supported product positioning, testing, and launch campaigns. PR, creator partnerships, and technology media introduced new products to local audiences while regional payment and operational systems supported sales.
As the brand expanded, Fastlane added regional and global DTC sites alongside official stores on Amazon, Shopee, and Mercado. Channel strategy and marketing were localized for Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, while community programs shifted toward retention and repeat purchase. The commerce and operations system also expanded to support a broader portfolio of gaming hardware across more markets.
